I like the Maxton one but there are many others. The trouble with the spoiler is not so much the price for the spoiler itself but they nearly always come unpainted so you have to pay (unless you can do it yourself) for the painting. Also some cheaper one's don't fit to well and leave a small gap. Depending on what is fitted to your car at the time you may have to extend the washer jet pipe and the wiring to the break light (not on all cars) too.But don't let that put you off as when finished you will have a big smile on your face as it does look good well I think so.No pics sorry but its not difficult to fit when the weather is better.

Its the Maxton one I also have the same make diffuser and back side spats no problems with a the fit. The diffuser and the spats came in a gloss finish so no paint for them.Next thing for looks will be the side splitters I'm not too sure if a front spoiler would work too well round here because of the many speed humps.Bu tall that's when the weather is warmer lol. Some times a genuine ford RS spoiler comes up on ebay but the price will make your eyes water.

I think it was a Maxton one we fitted to my girlfriend's car.

Looks good and much cheaper than genuine, but when you look closer you can see a few imperfections. Nothing enough to put you off it, but they're there.

Also found the washer jet wouldn't fit, but other than that everything fitted fine and looks great.

There is no difference with the RS spoilers & the companies trying to tell you that the fit is different between 3 & 5 door cars don't know what they are on about - apart from sometimes charging more for a 'special' 5 door spoiler!! The spoilers fit on the boot lid which is exactly the same on a 3 door car as it is on a 5 door car!! If you think about it RS's never came in 5 door (until the Mk3) so there can't be a genuine Mk2 5 door RS spoiler anyway!!

p.s Mines a Maxton Design one & although it took a little fettling to get the lights & cabling etc to fit in the actual fit on the car is perfect & only took about 30 minutes to swap over. The only slight downside is that on the OEM spoilers (ST & RS) there is a little metal clip on each bottom edge that clips the back of the spoiler to the boot lid glass and stops it rattling and jumping as the boot lid is closed. On the Maxton one at least this little groove is not there so the clip cannot be used. Hence when you close the boot lid the spoiler does jump and rattle a bit. Other than that though it is spot on.
