Do You Lubricate Your Pins?

Going to change the front brakes tomorrow, now normally when I do brakes with slider pins like the ones you need to undo when taking the brakes off, I generally clean and lubricate with ceratec. Just wondered if anyone else lubricates the sliding pin or leaves it as is?

Always lube the sliding pins.

Helped a friend out the last couple of evenings, discs were completely rusted and scored, pads were completely worn, calipers not moving due to all 4 pins seized and 1 seized piston.
Needed a blow torch to loosen and remove.
