Hello guys,
So I have somehow enabled my key even though I have one key and I refuse to pay £250/£300 for a new key so thought I would amend the module in FORScan. I’ve downloaded the latest version of FORScan with the extended license but cannot see the IPC module for some reason. Would be so thankful if someone could help.

I have attached the list of configurations I am able to see and the OBD adapter I’m using.

Mine doesn’t have a switch on it. I have played about with settings in FORScan to see if the adapter can read it but nothing I do will show the modules. Maybe I’m doing something wrong or the adapter just isn’t good enough I’m not sure?

I am based in Reading, Berkshire. If there is someone close by with the right cable then that would help a lot. Probably going to be the only time I will need to use FORScan tbh..

Right so I purchased the adapter above and can see the IPC module I need to alter. I followed the attached instructions which must be out of date? As my key and volume limit is still active🙄. I’m really hoping someone on this forum has tackled this issue with FORScan…

TIA

So after all that in the end I bit the bullet and had a spare key cut. This has now fixed the issue. There is a lesson to learn from all of this which is don't play about with something if you don't know what it does, or do it and be ready for the repercussions lol.
