It certainly is,

Sadly it looks like your ELC died in 97 as there are no MOT records since and the VED was due on 1 /7/ 1997 so not Sorn'd

Sold it to my best mate an he killed the engine an started to rip it apart then left it in the garage to rot!!! Never forgave him for that,,😒,,oh well least I have the memories a 👍🏻
