X-type Phonebook Download

Just tried to pair a new mobile with the X-type's sat-nav system. Got the LG phoned paired but it has defeated me downloading the mobile's contacts list to the car. I followed the instructions to the letter but cannot get sorted, arrgh!! Any tips please? Cheers..
