Hey Everybody,

Just gained full membership and loving the site

Just bought my St-2 yesterday and gave it it's first long run today, but there's problems

Every time I reach about 60mph and above the ambient noise in the car is near deafening. Get a really loud, low pitch woo-woo-woo noise from the front end of the car, and repeatability increases with speed. It sounds like the tracking is out, or a bearing is on its way out.

Just checking to see if is a normal sound, but have test driven a few and never heard it. Test drove this one, but never really sat at high speeds for any length of time and didn't notice

Any ideas???

Ryan.

QUOTE(richie_foran @ 24 Jan 2010, 08:46 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>sounds like a wheel bearing needs replacing

Got a 30 day warranty from Evan Halshaw. Will give them a bell tomorrow, problem is they are 200 miles away. Closest is 120 miles. Not so good.
