Hey Everybody,

Just gained full membership and loving the site
Posted this topic on another thread by accident, think it more relevant on this one.

Just bought my St-2 yesterday and gave it it's first long run today, but there's problems

Every time I reach about 60mph and above the ambient noise in the car is near deafening. Get a really loud, low pitch woo-woo-woo noise from the front end of the car, and repeatability increases with speed. It sounds like the tracking is out, or a bearing is on its way out.

Just checking to see if is a normal sound, but have test driven a few and never heard it. Test drove this one, but never really sat at high speeds for any length of time and didn't notice

Any ideas???

Ryan.

Yeah, but in the distance, couldn't touch me in my new warp speed vehicle

+ Meant to add that getting slight vibration from wheel and under seat.

Just sounds like balance, take the car to a decent Tyre place and get the wheels balanced, its the cheapest of the possible so try it first
