phoned a local ford rs centre to find out about getting an rs one fitted, didn,t know how much it would cost as they haven,t fitted one before and didn,t know if it could be done
,unbelievable and this was HAYNES of maidstone.

phoned PUMABUILD yesterday, couldn,t get through (automated message) phoned again today to get a fitted price for an rs clutch, said he would get back to me in 1/2 an hour, still waiting now.

help me out here people where on earth can i get one fitted as near to kent as possible? getting real frustrated now.

was easier to get parts for my evo, would have thought ford would be a doddle, apparently not.

I know its a long way from you but code red (gary) do the RS clutch upgrade, im sure you need an RS flywheel too as the RS clutch is slightly smaller. but would ask gary as he has fitted a few of them now.
If you were willing to travel i would recommend Automotive profile in stockpot it was a 400 mile round trip for me

but worth it as they have the experience in fitting the RS clutch to St's and they can supply the parts needed

at a reasonable price.

I have mine booked in for the RS Clutch Kit on Monday and according to Gary they have recently done 3 in the last week or so. Soon they'll be able to do it blindfolded!!

getting an rs clutch fitted at torque of the devil at uxbridge this wednesday, they have already done a few,so should be in good hands.
How Much do TOTD charge for this RS conversion???

How much more torque can it handle than the stock ST clutch & is it a solid flywheel conversion or still the dual mass flywheel???
