I just posted a similar one! This one was a lady driver parked on the hard shoulder between the M23 and A23 anticlockwise!

Lol, I just replied to your thread!!! I didn't see the driver but approaching the junction there was also a Police Mondeo ST in one the "police only" lookout things!

Ive seen lots of unmarked ones but never one in full battle dress!

Not only that it had Mountune badges on too. Lucky lucky Police!!!!

I believe there is one in the Aberdeen/shire force also. I haven`t seen it myself but my friend said it over took his scooby on the dual carriageway.

Seen marked ones in Portsmouth and outside Thorpe Park. Also thought I'd seen a marked up Evo in Glasgow but on closer inspection it was a Sportback
