hi i hit a rabbit at about 60 and it poped my lower grill out and iv lost my front tow bar cover/cap (is the littel circle on front bumper) does any one no where i can get one from and also how 2 pop the lower grill back in iv only been abel to clip the bottom harf of it in so far thanks

Regarding your lower grill, some of the retaining clip's have probably broken off which is why it wont clip in, there not the best design in the world

Can't remember the exact price from Ford but IIRC they are circa £25

so will the lower 1369475 £28.66 clips do my hole lower grill and is it a easy job a beginner like me can do

That price is for the complete lower grill, the clips are part of the moulding , and its just a case of offering the grill up to the hole and push it in till the clips do their job
