Nice one, I take it its a custom map then. What kind of figures are you aiming for?

Thats me just back from Andy's there its just a generic map just to keep things safe because of the amount of miles I do I was paranoid with the performance also I will be going for the big Turbo soon so I did not want to spend to much on a map only to have to spend even more when a get it live mapped with the bigger turbo so a friend who races with Andy in the SMRC got me a deal I just could not refuse, I also got the 4 wheel laser alignment done and WOW what a difference it makes.
Before any of my other mods the map should give the figures below:
Model Year: 2005 >
Engine Type: Petrol-Turbo
Engine Size: 2.5L 5cyl Turbo 225 BHP Model
BHP Increase: 50
Torque Increase (NM): 130
AG Motorsport Highly recommended

Its great jim really strong down low then powers through at the top still have nice tourque and smooth drive but I cant give it %100 because of the road's

i've looked at the Evolution map before, seems a really good piece of kit, its Motorsport developments just outside Blackpool that write the maps I believe, the guy stewart sanderson ownes it he's a genius with cosworths and also owns www.passionford.com
Do any of you guys have any info on this car?
Noticed the reg # in one of Stew's other posts (about wheel options) and by sheer coincidence it is the car I have just bought (but not picked up yet!)
I've dropped Stew a private message but not sure if he'll still be using the forum if he's sold his car lol.
It's still got the exhaust fitted but would be great to know if it still has a Map on it.
It did feel pretty good on the test drive but I've never driven a standard ST to compare. However, I didn't really notice any difference between this and my 3 MPS so I had a sneaky suspision it may of been remapped.
Hopefully picking the car up this weekend if my plate transfer goes through in time.

You don't happen to know what it was running/should be running BHP wise do you? Not that it really matters to be fair but would be nice to know.
Be interesting to see how the garage get on with MOT'ing it as it's due its first MOT and from what I can gather, it had a decat fitted.
Will have to check once I see the car again and if it does have a decat fitted I'll have to query how they got it through the MOT lol.
Possibly change it for a sports CAT at some point as I'm assuming that avoids any emissions issues?
If it has a map on it already what would you advise tuning wise.

Edit: Just noticed the bit above about +50bhp so if its still fitted it should be about 275bhp?!
That would explain why it didn't feel any slower than my MPS!
I'm guessing if it was a standard MAP it would feel a fair bit slower than my MPS at the moment.
Intercooler and updated map should see 300bhp if I've read/searched everything right then?

If I remember right the car was running around 280 - 290 bhp at the rolling road at the beginning of the year. I am not sure what he has left on the car but I do know that it used to have an uprated intercooler and induction kit fitted to it. He did indeed have a full exhaust system including a decat, it was a tad loud on the rollers. The car had also been lowered 30mmand had a RS clutch fitted but again I am not sure what he left fitted when he traded the car in.
To be honest if all of the above are still fitted there is not really much left to do without starting to spending lots of money

Filter has been removed and as far as I can remember, the intercooler looked standard (will have to double check).
I guess they'd be easy enough to whip off and sell though but I wouldn't have thought the clutch would've been removed as that would be a bit of a pain/pointless.
