I found this link to a Ford document covering a lot of stuff on their Focus RS which may be usefull to some in relation to modifications to their STs.

I was lucky enough to attend a lecture recently at Dunton by Len Urwin which covered all of what he has to say there but with some very good slide presentations plus engines and transmission and suspension components for all to inspect and compare.
