Ugg Boots

My GF is after a pair for Xmas, thought it would be dead simple to get her some, as she wants the original short chocolate coloured ones

But refuse to pay £150 for a pair.

And after numerous hours on the net there are loads at £65 but there has been so many warnings about FAKES.

Can anyone help and let me know if they know of anywhere that are having a sale and that are a well known firm, or just cheaper than £150

Thanks

I had to refit my jaw when i saw the price tag!! The can't cost more than a tenner to make surely!!
You can buy them direct from the Australian manufacturer online, my girlfriend did and they were much cheaper even with postage.

Once you have paid the import duty and VAT, paid for the conversion dollars to sterling they work out at £138-50, but with no right to return them should they be defective or the wrong size

RRP is around £150, no one can get hold of loads and Decker actively discourage stockists from offering discount. Buy them for under this and they will be dropships from Replica Tycoon or the like.
Just a word of warning ...........

Be very very careful if you purchase these on line .... they are one of this years "hot must have"

I have heard of loads of Fakes out there and many many people being "had" !!!!!!!
Ive just got a pair for the Mrs

First pair i ordered my money was refunded they wasn't actually in stock

Just a long shot Do you know anyone in (or going to) the states, I got a pair last year for 120 dollars at the time worked out about £75 with the exchange rate.
I think they are dreadful , why do all the girls want to wear the same things ?

They don't even look nice

Still dnt mind paying some but few people said to me that they bought them for like £110 Which i wouldnt mind paying

Shame dont think my GF realised what a tight **** i am when she met me

Decker products are sourced from China anyway and 90% of Decker branded UGG boots for sale via the internet are fakes.

Interesting reading on Wiki regarding trademark registration and Decker's attitude to manufacturers in Australia.

They may not be the ones as bought by some starlet seen in Hello/OK/Whatever magazine from the large Corporate American company, but they are at least made in Oz using traditional Merino Sheepskin.

They are chuffing hideous.

I never miss an opportunity to remind my wife/daughter of this.

It's fun.

I got the missus some from here after her sister recommended the website. Were about £55 for short ones. Thinking they are definately fakes due to price, however they are really good quality, come in a proper bag with loads of ugg lables, care information, etc.

She's happy with them, her sister is, and so am i (coz the price). Only prob is they took about 3 weeks to come so a little close to xmas!!
They are only fake in that they are not the Decker branded items made in China ! Fair play to the Australian manufacturers sticking two very large fingers up to Decker over this. Decker does not even have registered trademark rights on the style in Australia.

Happy days in that case!!

Order direct from Ugg and you will be fine - my mum and sister have been doing this for years now. As Si says - it does work out around £140 ish so saves a few quid.
