Adam kindly fitted one of these bits of kit to my car today. Once it was on the ramps, it took about 10 minutes to remove the old one and put the new one in, so an easy job!

Took it for a drive after, and that reported vibration at idle was there but to be perfectly honest, it really isnt that bad. I've been in cars with a lot worse vibrations, and you'll forget its there in no time, besides, as soon as you move its gone!

When driving, i have found the car, engine and powertrain wise, feel a lot more solid. I used to get various clunks and noises when driving and changing gear and these have all gone!

Gear changes are a lot smoother, and a slight improvement on throttle responce was noted too!

I also used to get quite a clink when i switched the engine off. This too has now gone!

Overall id say its a very worthwhile, and cheap little mod, which greatly improves the feel of the car!

I'm definitely getting this next. My car is clunking all the time, on every gear change and when i pull away. It is getting worse. You can actually hear it with no revs and just lift the clutch.
