Just purchased an 07 st2 and can't wait ti get it. I see it has a HFS. Will this stop a Tom Tom working??

No, It's the solar reflect screens which can cause sat nav problems.

Quickclear won't cause any problems

Great thanks as the wife bought me one for xmas and i would be in dog house today if i said it wouldnt work in the new car!

I had a slight moment thinking the same thing but was glad to find it worked fine.

TBH TomToms a very good with the heat reflective screen.
when I had my Renault it had a HRS and it worked all the time

Mind i do find with my tom tom and road angel they do take a little bit longer to get signal, never used to take as long, but at least it works thats the main thing.
