We Had our first overnight Cruise to Texas, a South east Queensland country town over the weekend covering over 1000kms of long straights, windy hills, A bit of dirt and visited a Winery on the way back....The Pub was great, the hospitality of this small community blew us all away...The steaks were bigger than the plates they served them on.The XR5's were faultless, and we got to explore this great state...

Grouse weekend was had by all...Got a few shots...

Your allowed to keep Rabbits as pets in any State of Australia with a licence except Queensland...mainly because Qld is a huge farming state and they eat everything in site, encourage Dingoes and Foxes to move into town , because their hungry too...

Plus they breed like rabbits...Excuse the Pun...

And a bit of history......Foxes and Rabbits were introduced to Oz in the early 1800's by these blokes form the UK that came in tall ships...HaHaHa...Our ancestors......

QUOTE(GCXR5 @ 4 Feb 2010, 05:35 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Haha you guys have really bad weather huh??

That day wasn't all that good. There were visible clouds.

Was a fantastic trip and a great way to spend a weekend.

We've had snow pretty much since christmas and we've not really seen the temp rise above 10 degrees (celcius) since before december. How we envy the aussie weather!
