Sorry, new to the sight and lots of reference to submarine lighting. I didnt think I had this, but have just checked and have two small slots with tiny bulbs behind in the interior lights cluster. The only problem is they have never worked?!?! Is there a switch or do I need to change the bulbs? Any ideas??? Thanks

There is no switch for these

try looking down around the gear lever area and you should see a faint glow of red

nope, i have an st3 with auto mirror and my submarine lighting works

Do you have your dials dimmed down as far as the dial control goes, this would result in the submarine lights being switched off.

Thanks for the replies. Tried the turning brightness up idea already, but nope. Not worked. Wasnt bothered until I thought I might be missing out on something.... Not going to try and fix though (thanks for the tip!)

The gear stick will be lit up red when you have the side/head lights turned on.

Just been messing about in side couldnt realy see in the dfay light ill check tonight. have they all got it or is an extra?

All ST's have them as far as I know. If you look at the front of the interior light you should see two red lights.

easiest way to tell is to put your hand flat out under the interior mirror, it will have a red glow if teh lights are on!

In case the dont work, its a relatively easy fix as well. Not difficult to take the dome out and replace them, so dont worry. But if i were you, i'd go to the dealer you bought the car from and have them do it for free as it should be standard. If the car is second hand, then just do it yourself.
