I have dried out all the carpets...
However I want to stop the source.
I beleive it to be the rail runners on the roof.
I have sealed these.

However I have heard that on the MK1, the pollen filter could be the issue.

Are there any other quick wins in sourcing the footwell damp?

the pollen filter on the current version focus is in the middle if the sash and is replaced by going through the passenger foot well unlike the MK1 which hat to have the scuttle plate removed, is it both foot wells or just the one?
