Spark Plugs

hi ,going to service my 06plate focus st3,its done 14,500miles,running bluefin stage3,and a lot of other mods,should be close to 300bhp,should i do the spark plugs with this service or will they be fine.cheers

The standard Ford
plugs should be good for 3 years or 37,500 miles. Some people (including me) are going over to the
plugs as they are cheaper and the general opinion seems to be that these work better in a modified car running much higher boost levels than standard.
