Hi all

Well come on i need a little help here !!

What idea's do you all have for get togethers / meets/ etc ????

Post some idea's links etc and we will see what i can arrange. Please remember costs we looked at quad biking last year and with the cost of about £50 for a session a lot just couldn't afford it.

Would really like to try and arrange something to include / nearer you lot further west too.

So get your thinking caps on and lets get some idea's and dates down. ..... the dates for the shows will be out soon so we need to arrange things around them and also not clash with our friends over the bridge as i know many of you enjoy joining them on their runs / meets.

Hi Amanda,
How about getting together for a ten-pin bowling afternoon or evening? Always a good turn out, and can be a bit competitive too

Not sure of prices or where to go, but there are plenty of places around Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, etc.

Perhaps we could do a South Wales region meet-bowl first (to get some practice in), then later invite our friends from over the bridge to a S.Wales vs S.West region competition?

I'll get some prices for various bowling places when I get back from Portugal on the 9th of December.

Brilliant idea Ian ... as we have more members further west as in Swansea (ish) could we go that way to meet them ??

Great thanks Kev .... I want to try a beach meet when the weather better in sort of Aug time ... maybe a BBQ on the beach maybe Oxwich .... but need ideas before then !!!!

BBQ on Pendine sand's? Drive down on the sand and rip it all up.

( I got told off last time I did that.

mmm but last time i was there about a year ago they stopped you driving down on the sand !!

wonder if we could all meet and set up the flags banners etc .... that would be good publicity !!! ... mmm another good idea.

Pendine Sands has motorsport in the sand,Top Gear film there and it has been used as a rally stage and various speed records are held there.

Having a poke around other regional forums and a lot of the other members all seem to want to go to 1)Lap danceing club

or 3) Cart raceing.

How about an all Wales meet

(somewhere in the middle) and ask the 'clubs' section of Performance Ford if they would like to attend. Fly the flag.

Dave that's a great idea, Do you fancy trying to get contacts with PF and put the feelers out with them ???

Looking for more help with S Wales section as i got this new role !!!

Could all car share,cut costs. I fancy getting my hands on a digger. Thay also did car crushing in a tank in Neath.....bit too expensive though,but fun.
