I'm not aware of anywhere locally where you can get your lights done, but it might be worth getting in touch with Graham Hopper at GS Motorsport in Beverley he is a Ford & RS specialist. He preps a lot of show cars for the RS owners club, he may know of someone who can help.
I think the nearest track is Elvington just outside of York. http://www.trackdays.co.uk/tracks/elvington.htm where The Hamster had is famous 'Off'
