high guys and gals. was wondering if any of you are running with a scorpion non resonated cat back? do they sound good? see them on ebay and im very tempted! my friend has a mongoose cat back and it sounds nice, but a little quiet. he is gonna fit a decat to make it sound a bit more fruity. i dont wanna do this myself. i hear piper non resonated are good if a little expensive! any info on the scorpion would be great. cheers.

I've got the Mongoose. I just had the catback to start off with and it was nice... The I got the 3" downpipe and a sports cat and is a bit louder and pops and bangs more


It's one of those systems which is quiet when you want it to be and loud when you open it up. Just what I wanted as I couldnt be bothered with an annoying drone all the time

I have got a Scorpion cat back system on mine and its fairly loud but its not over powering at the same time. It gives out a few pops and bangs aswell which is a bonus!! On the motorway its not much noiser than standard but when you give it some it gives out a good sound!!

thanks for the replies lads and the sound clip christian. sounds great, nice and raspy with plenty of pops and bangs. i like it a lot. gonna get me one of them.
