QUOTE(Boovy @ 19 Dec 2009, 10:55 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>What is the best way to warm your car up before a rolling road so it doesn't damage anything but also without causing it to get too hot and get poo figures?

Your car will be run on tick over for a few minutes to get all the readings and rollers set up, the operator will keep an eye on temps and would stop any runs if temps get to high.
Just make sure you use a reputable company and they will advise you.

Think I will let it idle then do a slow drive up the road+back slowly driving in every gear to warm the gear box up then let it cool and turn it off about 10 mins before Im due to go on.
