Anyone know how to remove the seat backs on the ST3? I need to pull the side panels off and I cant because the seat backs get in the way.

Thanks

Its a little tricky and not that easy to explain....

Fold the seats down and where it meets the car at the edges you will find something a little like my pic if you look straight down at it.

The red arrow points to a small metal arm that rotates over the fixing from the seat and this needs rotating away.

Once that is done the yellow arrow points to 2 small lugs that need to be pushed together, as you push them together will a little persuation you should be able to lift the back of the seat free.

To put back is just as simpledorp seat back into place make sure it clicks in then roaotae arm back over to secure!

Not the best explanation or pic but hopefully this well help!

If needed i can get a clearer pic side on of the above attachment on seat from my old cloth interior.

I'm sure you don't but heres a few pics i've just taken.

This is the side that attaches to the seat:

From that you can clearly see the 2 lugs that would need to be squeezed together. Roughly where the yellow arrow was on my original post.

This pic shows the outside edge of the same part (the bit against the car).

The rotating arm (in 1st post) is almost like an L shape, but upside down. Again from red arrow that pic you should see it fits between the bits located in the above pics.

This is what holds the 2 together in the center of the seats:

I hope that all makes sense!
