On a downpipe alone the power gains will be negligable! However combined with a de-cat/sports cat you will see a few horsepower more! The real gains though are in flowing the hot gases out of the turbo much more efficiently thereby reducing heatsoak in the turbo body! This keeps inlet temps down and makes the car produce its power more reliably specially in the warmer months! It also allows the turbo to spool up a bit quicker!Definitely a worthwhile addition to any ST!

I'd agree the with the fish man here, individualy the parts won't make much of a difference. It's when you combine them all as a package that you will see the real benefits!

For me, the most noticable difference was the drop in turbo lag.
It spooled up so much quicker! That was when i had the de-cat and piper cat back system.
Definately a good investment............
Ok thanks guys I'm going to get one of si1664,he's got a mongoose one for sale so that will save me abit of money, just waiting on his reply now...
I've had the sports cat and downpipe on a week now and I've noticed the turbo spools up quicker, the car feels faster, and there are lots more pops and bangs through the mongoose cat back

I'm trying to think of any downsides...
