i put my hazards on and you flashed back

i was in an EO st

Was not me but i also saw a Pb on the same road some weeks ago , posted about it but had no takers !!!!

he had site stickers on the window

I also saw one on the A13 a few weeks ago... PB 3 door with rear tints I think. Also flashed but never had a reply in the "spotted" section!!
