Ive had a customer ask me for advice about a bulging cooler as well. Though im not sure whether it was a code red one. Garys pretty clued up to what he is doing and if he says its ok to use then i would carry on. Though having something like normapply points to an overboost of some sorts or failure within the core of the cooler.

has any one had trouble with there code red intercooler i have noticed the bottom of my one is sagging down and a couple of cores are bulging out a bit is this normal
