What is the price of an oil filter from a Ford dealer?

Oil filter for the Focus ST retails at £13.90inc VAT and the washer is £1.64inc VAT!

I got one from a dealer on E-bay, all genuine ford stuff.
Oil filter + washer £ 3.99 + £1.50 delivery.
