Anyone know the fix for this? I've tried installing the single af file but still nothing. Do I need to use forscan?

sometimes you just need to do a master reset once 3.4 is installed. Failing that you will need to update the apim via forscan. The instructions can be found here!

Sorted, moved to the latest 3.4 and the logos appeared.

Probably same as sync 2,they have to be no more than 300x300 when editing the artwork on your laptop
