I've got an
2000 as well & trust me you will love the
so much. They are such a great car with bags of power as standard. And for not a lot of money you can re map them & unleash lots of extra ponies!!!

Hiya Craig and
to the
club

There are quite a few 300+ bhp ST's on the site, and I'm pretty sure lots of those are used daily. With regards running costs, I've owned my ST for 1 year and averaged 25MPG (others people can be as low as 18), I've had to replace all four tyres at a cost of £500 and car tax was £215. As I'm signed up here as an Owner Member, I got a really good deal on insurance. The rest of my costs have been modding
Hope this helps

Hi Craig and
aboard

Most re-mapped cars on here are between 270 - 300BHP. Code:Red, Dreamscience, Mountune and Superchips all offer varying levels of tune, depending on what other modifications you include.
A re-mapped car will also likely give you a slightly improved fuel economy.

The overall improvement in occupant comfort and a modern interior will be a big step up from the Escort.
