Hi all finnaly joined, ive got a blue 55 plate

2 had it for coming on 2 years and loving every minute of it. Bought a dreamscience from a friend but not got round to fitting it yet as the battery light came on the other day

took it to the local garage who quoted me £400.Just going to do it my self on friday any advise would be appreciated

Sadly the alternator does seem to be a bit rubbish on the

. Have a search on the forums for info on alternator failure, as it may be although you are out of warranty that Ford may be kind enough to part pay some of the bill as a gesture of good will - good luck
