Had new alternator fitted at pumabuild today and all was ok for first hour or so of driving then all of a sudden the battery light came on and the heated windscreen wouldnt work,also the dash lights seem to have dimmed a bit

Will have to wait till monday now to call pumabuild but anyone got any ideas as to why this happened?

Is there any noise from the altenator? or has the belt come off or loose?

it could just be broke already, it wouldn't be the first time.

Check the wiring connections too.
