While waiting for the trailing arm bushes to arrive, this afternoon I refit the bumper.

I forgot to update this, towards the end I was getting fed up and forgot to take any pictures.
The only picture I took was after refitting the drivers side arm.

Anyway, onto the next job. This weekend I replaced the gearbox mount.

After 107k miles its well past it's best.

While it was out I took some time to do a little tidying up and rust removal.

The rubber on the old mount was torn and cracked all the way round allowing a fair bit if extra movement.

And all back together.

A couple of small jobs today. First the yearly spark plug change, I went for denso IKH22 this time.

I also replaced the turbo to metal hotside pipe hose as it was getting a bit past it's best. I went for a silicone hose from Graham goode, unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures.

I've not done much to the st for a while. This morning I fit some Michelin ps5 on the front, I was going to fit the mountune cover until I realised I'd have to take the crossover, engine cover and breather hose off. I'll save that for another day.

The breather hose is secured under the engine cover and to remove that I need to take the crossover off.

I did not think about that.

It's just less hassle frankly, and make sure you have a deep enough thin socket for the bolts, it was really a tight fit on my Anembo.

Fitting those engine covers is quite easy, takes more time than you think, but nothing is difficult.
