Sorry , no idea, and all my IT contacts in that area have retired so I don’t know what’s available, but I don’t mind looking VINs up for people as long as I don’t get 100’s of requests (now that I know how to do it thanks to Jason).

I've done it for 3 or 4 forum members and it's quite a pleasure to help relieve some of the stress of waiting, I had 9 months of it myself. But if I was bombarded I would have withdrawn the service!

It would not be all that hard for Ford to make some kind of stripped out dashboard available to customers. "Treat our customers like family" they keep churning out to us. Really? it's a bit more like family punch-ups at weddings & funerals

Also, for some reason I have track mode, rev matching, launch control etc. even though I didn't spec the performance pack - is that normal??

Nice. Kinda annoying because my brother and my mate at work didn't spec the performance pack either and they both got it. Could of saved myself £850 and left the pack off because 23 model years seems to be getting them as standard.

Thanks for the well wishes.

It does seem that the PP features are on all STs now, even my auto estate has track mode. I'm not sure if it's the full PP though. 5 door vehicles have CCD dampers, but only on PP do these get change their settings according to drive mode. Meaning you get a hard ride in sport mode, and a bone-crushing ride in track mode.

Fair enough, tbh I was mostly just excited about having the rev matching cuz that's really helpful when shifting down.

I wish the ST had a custom mode. I'd keep the standard suspension, with the sport mode rev matching (pops n bangs) and the shift light from track mode.

I'd like a rubber mat too, but it would have to be split/hinged so it works with the 90 degree flip-up of the rearmost flap, where the supplied rubber mat is (actually PU). I don't believe there are any Ford mats, and I've not seen anything on Ebay.

The Ford rubber (PU) floor mats are good though. The driver's side mat includes the footrest, and all 4 have a upward lip all the way around to stop grit falling off the edge

Can you post pictures of the boot please , with the floor down and up? I have the boot mat and it came with the half one underneath. But the underneath space is complete useless as there is almost zero space because of the sub and amps, curious to see if they’ve changed or removed something ?

Black looks the best along with Magnetic to me, it’s a car that needs dark colours, subdues the awkward lines.Trouble is keeping it clean and you will fry alive in it in summer, they can be unbearable. Im getting a black work car so will have to grin and bare it!
