Doesn't often happen but it doesn't always make it past that stage if it fails quality control. I expect yours is just waiting for it's turn on a transporter to the station now.

What tracker are you using?Anyone know how long a car usually sits at “BODY OFFLINE” - mines been sitting in that state for a week with no movement, although I thought it would have been pretty quick from there to Compound/Gate release?
Sounds like the dealer's Vista system. What tracker are you using?
you need paint offline and assy offline first. The body can sit around, but once painted it's usually finished in 1-2 daysAnyone know how long a car usually sits at “BODY OFFLINE” - mines been sitting in that state for a week with no movement, although I thought it would have been pretty quick from there to Compound/Gate release?
Probably, just wondering though if using something like the Where Is My Mach-E tracker site with VIN then sometimes it can lag behind and show as stuck for a while. I had ASSEMBLY OFFLINE for a week on that site although it had actually moved to GATE RELEASE after a couple of days.Sounds like the dealer's Vista system.
you need to use VMACS, and you can see the order details and the build progress. You can enter either the VIN or order number. But you do need a Ford login. Any Ford employee can access this inside or outside the company. I've done this for a few users on here.Is there any way we can track our orders and what spec is fitted now that Etis is no more?
Unfortunately I no longer have my own Ford login as I left the company a couple years ago. If I pm you my VIN, could you kindly check for me and send me the details 🙏. Happy retirement. Wish I had stayed at Ford. I could retirement in 3 years but circumstances wouldn't allow. Also getting divorced and losing 33% of my pension to her means I meed to build it back up again. Still got 31 years tho.I can today, but tomorrow is my last day - roll on retirement!

Enjoy retirement Jason.
Thaks! A lot of Fordies don't know it - we used to need to access a WERS-type thing that only a few had a login for. But VMACS is for all.I can do it, so if need be then PM me…although I didn’t know I could until today !
