After recieving a couple of bottles of the Meguirs for crimbo, today turned out nice enough to get the car cleaned! I was a bit dubious reading that it required 4 capfuls per bucket but once the bucket had filled all doubts were removed! Talk about suds...and even more suds!
The 1 bucket did the car TWICE and even the alloys! Smells nice
and leaves an impeccable shine
a must have for the PB boys/girls! Ive been using the autoglym shampoo for the last 6 months but this is no comparison, never did like the bright green liquid dribbling everywhere!
I used to struggle to wash the car on one bucket, suds were almost non existent and even as i washed with the meguirs it seemed as though i was applying a type of protection ( if that makes sense) as i could see a film going onto the car. Hosed down and it practically dried itself off!

Would definately recommend this, cant wait to try out the wax/polish next!

QUOTE(DeanST @ 28 Dec 2009, 06:46 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>always used AG shampoo as I had been bought that in past and presumed AG were a top brand. I will have to give megs a try on my next refill (soon), if I remember I will report back

i use to use that before the megs stuff and the AG is good but the Gold Glass is miles better

yep i use it and its great. i even reccomend the gold class wax its really easy to use/remove and gives a great deep shine and long protection. ive got some really expensive wax's ie zymol and there isnt anything between them to look at apart from megs you get more for your money.

I used to use Turtle Wax Premium on mine
but saw the error of my ways and been using the Meguiars Gold class for ages now - it does give the car a great shine
And lets me get away with an annual application of polish

np247921 just how big is the bucket you use
standard B&Q bucket does the car and wheels once for me.

I have been using Megs products for 18 months now , i used to use various others , mostly Autoglym . I even bought Megs Gold Class back from the states earlier in the year as it was $6 for the same size bottle that we pay £14 for here
