Not covered by insurance will be checking the warranty may need help from Admin for a claim Allans first real problem

Why not go for 3 jubilee clips. One round the top & bottom & one covered in samco hose as an insulator. Should work

mine developed the EXACT same fault, i think a recall should be issued, mine was only 48 hours old aswell

why not try dreamscience or bluefin for an upgrade on the cup looks like the standard cups as delicate as the standard cars

I dropped mine a while back leaving a nice crack down the full height of the cup. Must say i was royally

off with myself it was my favourite mug

Cant beat a cup of Yorkshire Tea in an ST mug
