Have noticed a slight knock on the n/s front suspension , inspected the lower arm and the ball joint has a little play , will be replacing both sides and would prefer to polybush the lower arms , are there upgraded lower arms with polybushes fitted or are there polybushes available seperately ? , any info appreciated, thanks

Swapped mine out for hardrace lower wishbones with the roll centre adjuster kit, they come with uprated harden rubber bushes, have been a big improvement so far, been running with them for approx 18 months, speak to Andy at a&k he will sort you out (and lighten your wallet in the process!)

Another thumbs up here for Hardrace stuff from A&K. Had my old ST500 fully kitted out and made a huge difference. As the bits go on the current one I will only be fitting one type of replacement!

Drop links are more of a rattle , the thudding /knocking is the lower ball joint unfortunately.

Just been on the A & K website , that's a dangerous place for my bank balance!! , will be ordering the uprated bush sets and ball joints , thanks for the info.
