The peddle box isn't really ideally set up for this.

I often left foot brake when making progress, or doing in corner corrections, the pedal box on the ST isn't really right for heel toe, though thats a misnomer anyway

come on guys anything is possible if you practice ,

try practicing on your drive first using the toe part on the break and the side of your foot on the gas ,
i can do it no worrys , i have had a lot of practice thou

LOL I could heel toe before I had a driving license, the pedal box just isnt right on the ST, plus I never brake its an admission of defeat lol

but i do know guys who still manage it

so anyway....toe/heal aside

left foot.....am i the only one that feels the brake pedle should be lower down?

i get ankle ache and a dead foot

i also find that the brakes are sharp as hell

really finding it hard in the st

fair point...but then neither is 300bhp and 165mph when you look at it that way

i tried it once and nearly ended up going thru the windscreen - not done it since, and never found the need tbh. even when i go for a spirited drive, i get on fine with just the right pedal!

I can't toe heel but I wonder how many of you guys could drive every day to work in 4" stilletoes?

I love left foot braking. As for toe heel i could just about do it in my fez

but ive never really tried it in the focus as i took the fez thru a wall

and didnt fancy a repeat lol.

could kind of do it when had the first st, wasnt brillant at it like. I have tired in focus and nearly went through the windscreen haha
