Hi guys,

I had my new rs clutch fitted a couple of weeks ago and now my car has developed a knocking/banging noise from the front when going over slightly rough tarmac and potholes. First we thought it was the DS induction kit knocking against the strut brace but i put foam on that to stop it but still get this banging? could it be drive-shafts?

Any help would be helpful. i am going to pop into PB tomorrow and get phil in the car and see if he can diagnose it anyway

Drive shafts, anti roll bar maybe.

So do I. I hope it is not the gearbox rattling around. If that is possible

Check all of the engine mounting bolts are tight, especially the torque restrictor (rear of gearbox)
