When I removed the fuel rail for my block mod last month, it was clear the injector o-rings were not serviceable and would need to be replaced. I took the lazy option and sent the whole set away for a full ultrasonic clean too, I used Injectortune - Ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning by Post. who I first used about 11 years ago for another set which cured some leaky ones. It's nice to see the company is still going and has expanded somewhat.

Having got the car fully rebuilt and running again, the engine is definitely a little quieter when cruising and feels noticeably 'smoother'. I know that is a subjective term but it is definitely better than before. I also did some other bits to the top end that cannot be ruled out as contributing (all valves cleaned up, new stem seals, all new gaskets etc as well as oil and filter change) but I would recommend it. Haven't done enough miles yet to comment on any fuel economy benefits but will monitor that.
