I hate to sound boring:

You may want to secure that large heavy potential projectile to something a little more substantial.

It’s bolted in and not going anywhere, Even if I rolled the car I still think it wouldn’t move 🤣
So Iv finished the main air intake headlight v1, Only really going to use it for shows but may look at working something out down the line so it works better or do a v2 headlight

More secure than self-tapping screws!

Nice work, I'd imagine owners that like to take their Mk2 PFL on the track would be interested in this, seems an easy way of getting extra air flow to air filter when they have the modified intake and open filters like yours.
I guess the headlights are quick and easy to remove and refit on the Mk2 PFL, they certainly are my Mk3.5, just the two bolts, lift the whole headlamp unit out and disconnect one plug.
Might have yourself a little side business there, if you're able to drum up some interest :)

They are held in by one big screw and clips in when you push it and one plug so very quick change over.

So my xenon auto level stopped working!!! They was pointing to the sky.

Got the wheel off to see what was going on and the arm was just hanging around

Iv done a cable tie job for now but anyone know what bolt it is as it’s just a hole and I don’t think it as a nut on the other side as it would be in the arm and you can’t get in there!

Iv put a long bolt in there for now to hold it better but I don’t think it stay in there long
