Hi,

Two quick questions

1) If using the built in satnav do directions show on the hud?

2) If yes to above does it show directions from 3rd party apps like Google Maps / Waze via connection to phone?

Its a bit of a gimmick but in saying that I've not pressed the hide button in all the time I've had the car.

Sync 3.4 now shows directions on the hud from Google maps 👌

Anybody know how to activate this? Updated my software through the Ford website today but no directions appear in the HUD using Waze, google maps or Apple maps.

It doesn't work for me on Apple Car Play using Apple or Google Maps. Apparently it does work with Google Maps on Android Auto although I haven't tried it.

Ah ok, I did wonder that. I might give it a try with my other halfs Android phone out of curiosity but it looks like Ill be relying on just the screen.
