a quick 'how to' for fitting rear springs
jack up car on the sill, and remove wheels
undo the top anti roll bar nut on both sides
you will need a 10mm spanner,15mm spanner and a 5mm allen key
next is to undo the bottom lower arm bolt(15mm socket of spaner)
key tip here is to spray the whole area with something like wd40
start undoing the bolt making sure it starts coming out and not just turning in the bush(if so stop the job)
the bolt will proberly be tight so just keep undoing small amounts, then doing back up until it gets easier to turn
you will then hear a clunk noise, then use a trolley jack underneath the arm so the bolt will carry on coming out
pull the lower arm down and remove the spring
put the rubber top mount on the new spring and fit, i always find top end first is eaiser
when the spring is in make sure the bottom of the spring is located in the small cut out
get a trolly jack under the lower arm again and jack up and refit lower bolt
tip you might need to slightly tap the bolt in with a small hammer
fit the wheel back on and do the other side
