High Speed Cnc Milling Machine Centre

Bit of a long shot i guess but is there anyone on here that has experience of running these things. After some ideas for speeds and feeds for various cutters. I have programmed the recomended speeds/feeds but it seems slow to what i have seen these things do on youtube etc.
