Help Removing Rear Interior Panels - 3dr

I have a couple of rattles in my (facelift) ST3 3-door that I tracked down to the rear interior panels.

I'd like to remove these rear panels so that I can fit some anti-rattle foam. I didn't find a how-to guide using the search ... could someone post a simple walkthrough of how to remove them please ?

If i`m likely to need to replace any clips to refit the panel, could someone give me the finis code ?
