I think i might have a small problem or its just me, when im driving at night behind cars the head lights are like bouncing (xenon's self leveling), under acceleration they really drop then come back really high. It getting really annoying. Hard to describe aswell to be honest.

flickering up and down mate - sounds like it's common to me. When you rev it are you moving or at a standstill?

Unless there's an issue with the linkages or levelling sensors it's down to hardware/software in the levelling module or the headlights and prob inherent to them all.

Don't think it's normal for them to do this when the car's stationary.
I do notice a small upward jump in stop start traffic when you brake but that's what I'd expect it to do.
