Can anybody tell me the difference between these two? And are they both recommended for the st225? Castrol syntrans multi vehicle 75w-90 mtf.... And the other Castrol syntrans FE75 fully synthetic gear oil gl4? thanks!

The ford box oil is fully synthetic so as long as it meet ford spec and is fully synthetic if will be fine
