Hi ,

Has any one had there full car done ?

Can you tell me the pro's ect ,

Does it make the car a lot stiffer , better ride / worse ride ?

I still want my car to e comfy that's all ? And thinking of getting it done full car ?

Thanks

I wouldn't say it changed comfort, may get slightly more road noise I've had all the front done and I wouldn't say it makes a huge difference, I'm sure others would disagree. I'd say there are better things to spend such a large amount on unless you can fit them yourself. Only thing I notice was maybe the steering felt a bit tighter but tbh if I did everything again I doubt I'd do them first would of spent the money on coilovers instead lol.

Ours is fully polybushed and it does tighten the steering and suspension up a lot! I wouldnt say it had much effect on ride comfort though!

I've also had the front done, makes the car feel slightly tighter.
Main reason people do it is the front suspension bushes can't be replaced separately by Ford they charge for a whole unit and the cost is silly so it's cheaper to get Polyflex bushes fitted by a specialist, I'm talking hundreds of pounds cheaper.

Its well worth getting the front wishbones done on an ST of any age. These make the most difference. I wouldn't bother getting the rears done unless the standard ones are knackered. If you're running coilovers and sticky tyres then i advise you to change the lot.
