Use a plastic trim removal tool

 

Thanks for the reply. Do u happen to know if there's one of those in the tool kit in the boot ?

 

I doubt it as there was not one in mine anyway? Does your wheel brace not have a little plastic bladed tip on the end of it? I haven't tried it on mine but that might work?

 

The one on the RS I just remove by hand.

 

You've had to tow your RS?!!? Is that just to tow it in & out of the garage for it's weekly clean..............................

 

No mate when I track it towing eye has to be available my RS is certainly no garage queen it gets used and enjoyed

 

Thanks for the replies. There isn't even a wee recessed bit to put a screw driver or plastic blade into on the bit of the grill that u have to take off to expose the towing eye.
